Hi, I’m Priyanka.

I’m currently a Senior UX Researcher (and the only UXR) at Frontline Education, where I lead UX Research iniatitives across Frontline’s entire portfolio of products. I’m responsible for creating research strategies in collaboration with design and product stakeholders. At Pluralsight, I was the first UX Research hire and I had the opportunity to establish, lead and scale the research process from scratch - from creating research plans, recruiting customers, conducting the studies, analyzing the results, socializing the research - I did it all! I’ve also worked at companies such as Microsoft, ServiceNow and accessSOS where I ran several foundational, generative and evaluative research studies.

My research projects have helped add new features to the product roadmap, prioritize features and have informed numerous design and product changes to ultimately create a seamless experience for users that addresses their needs. Apart from research, I also enjoy teaching and mentoring. I ran UXR training workshops during my time at Pluralsight and Microsoft.
